To give our clients peace of mind, we offer a comprehensive health guarantee with each puppy.

1. Initial Health Check:  Each puppy undergoes a thorough health check by a licensed veterinarian before going to their new home. This includes a physical examination, vaccinations, and deworming.
2. Health Certificate: We provide a health certificate issued by our veterinarian, certifying that the puppy is in good health at the time of sale. This certificate includes details of the puppy’s vaccinations and any treatments received.
3. Genetic Health Guarantee: We offer a one-year genetic health guarantee, ensuring that our puppies are free from any hereditary or congenital conditions that could adversely affect their quality of life. Should a genetic condition be diagnosed within this period, we will offer a replacement puppy or a full refund, subject to the terms of our guarantee.
4. General Health Guarantee: Our general health guarantee covers any serious health issues that arise within the first 72 hours after bringing your puppy home. We require that you take your new puppy to a licensed veterinarian within this period for a health check. If any serious health issues are identified, we will provide a replacement puppy or a full refund.
5. Lifetime Support: Our commitment to you and your puppy does not end with the sale. We offer lifetime support to all our clients, providing guidance and advice on puppy care, training, and health. We are always here to answer any questions and offer assistance as needed.

• The health guarantee is only valid if the puppy is examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of purchase.
• The health guarantee does not cover minor conditions, such as common colds, parasitic infections, or other treatable conditions.
• Any health concerns must be documented by a licensed veterinarian, and a second opinion may be required.
• The replacement puppy or refund is provided at our discretion and subject to the return of the original puppy.
